Commit to be Fit for 2010
Learn how to lose weight, feel great, and create the life of your dreams by understanding how to achieve true health. Lose weight and prevent sickness and disease in just 12 minutes a week by using the simple steps and exercises that Dr. Tom Stetson, Dr. Eric Siegal, and Dr. Rhett Butler from Celebration Family Chiropractic Office will present during this free health and wellness program.

Introduction to Martial Arts
Learn something new, stay in shape, feel great, reduce stress, and learn how to defend yourself in the New Year! Cheri Williamson, an instructor from the Academy of Martial Arts, will be providing free beginning Martial Arts lessons for adults and homeschoolers.

The lesson will include the following: A brief warm up, instruction with the basics in the martial arts, some Self Defense moves, working with pads (kicking and punching), and a Cool down to end the class.

Please pre-register, bring water, and wear loose clothing.

Genealogy Research and Assistance
Receive research help from the experts! Volunteering members from the Genealogy Club of Osceola County will assist with genealogy research. Visit the Genealogy Lab on the first floor of the Hart Memorial Central Library for friendly, family research advice & help.
